Your free Google Business Profile is probably your best marketing tool
Shared by Neil Patel on
If customers find you locally, your Google Business Profile often matters more than your website. It's free, and many businesses leave it half-finished. Fill in every section: categories, services, opening hours, service area and plenty of real photos. Post updates regularly, and keep holiday hours up to date. Then ask happy customers for a review straight after a good experience, using the direct review link Google gives you. Reply to every review, good or bad. Future customers read the replies as much as the reviews.
